SessionBridge — Support
SessionBridge is provided by House of Freedom, Inc. to the
patients it serves, as a companion app used between counseling sessions.
If you need help right now: SessionBridge is not an
emergency service and is not monitored in real time. Call or text
988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — para español,
presione 2), or call 911 in an emergency.
Getting help with the app
- Accounts are provided by the clinic. SessionBridge has
no public sign-up — your counselor or the front desk sets up your account
at intake.
- Forgot your password? For your privacy, password resets
are handled by clinic staff in person or by phone — the app never emails
reset links. Contact the clinic front desk.
- App problems or questions: email
sessionbridgeapp@hofrehab.com
or ask at your next visit. Please don't include personal health details in
email.
- Deactivating your account: use "Request account
deactivation" in the app's Settings, or contact the clinic. Clinical
records are retained as required by law.
